Our Entire Process

Step 1: Meeting You


We start by understanding your vision and goals for your outdoor space.

Through a short, relaxed conversation while browsing catalogs of pictures, we can talk about your dreams and visions when you think about your future patio. Input from you is important;

  • How many people live in the house and are they adults, children, or seniors?
  • How will the patio be used? Traffic patterns, cooking out, sunbathing, etc.
  • Do you plan to entertain often — extended family, friends, business?
  • What are some design elements that you know you want to see?
  • Just as importantly, what do you know you don’t want to see?

Step 2: Estimate

 

A detailed estimate is provided to outline the scope and cost of your project.

The site is evaluated and information is gathered. Many factors influence the design of your patio;
  • Sun Exposure
  • Drainage conditions
  • Sight lines from the patio as well as inside the house
  • Measurements and pictures are taken

Step 3: Design Process

Our team creates a custom design custom to your needs and style.

Design elements such as balance, proportion and scale along with size, texture and color will be discussed. With the information gathered, Rich, using his 30 years of experience, will design a patio specifically with your personal likes and desires combined with your unique back yard environment to achieve the patio of your dreams.

Rich will then meet with you and review with you the plans, full size, hand drawn to scale. Rich will fully discuss with you, the installation process, paver styles and colors, lighting, and landscaping around your patio as well as pricing. So before you make a decision, you will have all the information you need to make the right decision for you.

Step 4: Installation Process

Skilled professionals bring the design to life with expert craftsmanship.

Just like the design process, the installation process should be an enjoyable and exciting phase of the project. Rich is committed to making this happen:

  • Every job is personally supervised
  • Staff has 67 years of combined hardscaping experience to ensure you the finest in craftsmanship
  • Once the job is started, Rich’s Landscaping, Inc. will stay on the job until completion
  • Constant communication is maintained throughout the process to produce the optimal final result
  • Site is reviewed and organized at the end of every day
  • Site is left the “same or better than we found it” upon completion. There is no “cleanup” or “lawn repair” for you
All you have to do is get out the burgers and drinks……… and ENJOY!!!
